At Alicia Kirch Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid incurring a charge.

If a cancellation is made between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% charge will be applied.  For cancellations made within 24 hours or less, a 100% charge will be incurred.

This policy is in place to ensure that we can fill the appointment time and continue providing exceptional service. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated, and we want you to know how much you are valued and cherished as a client.

Cancellation Fee Structure:

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.
  • Appointments canceled within 48 hours or less of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 75% of the service fee.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy:

After two instances of late cancellation or no-show appointments, regrettably, the client will no longer be welcome at Alicia Kirch Studio.


We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your prompt communication if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. By adhering to this policy, we can better manage our schedule, respect the time of our clients, and uphold the quality of service we aim to provide.
